Four Eastern Kentucky University students traveled to Houston, Tex., to attend the Institute of Management Accountants Student Leadership Conference Nov. 9-11, 2017. This annual conference offers opportunities to tour local industries, attend workshop sessions, and participate in networking events.

On Monday, April 17, Dr. Trish Isaacs’ ACC 527/727, Advanced Managerial Accounting Seminar, learned about several aspects of internal auditing and information technology for Alltech, an international company with headquarters in Nicholasville, Ky.
Ms. Kristen Gosnell has been named the 2017 Distinguished Senior for EKU's Department of Accounting, Finance and Information Systems. She will be honored during a presentation on Friday, April 21, at the School of Business College to Careers Conference.
Mr. Kevely DuMay is an accounting junior from Lexington, Ky. Graduating in Spring 2018 with bachelor's in public accounting and a minor in history, Mr. DuMay has already had quite the impact in his program and on Eastern Kentucky University!
