Accelerated 3 + 2 Program
Accelerated BBA/MBA Program - “3 + 2 Program"
An Eastern Kentucky University undergraduate student who needs 30 or fewer credit hours to complete all of the requirements for the baccalaureate degree may be considered for undergraduate concurrent admission to the Masters of Business Administration Program.
To be eligible for this admission to the "3+2" program, the student must have an overall undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 at the time of admission. The student must maintain an overall undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 and must meet the MBA requirements for overall academic standing.
Students may earn a maximum of 12 graduate credit hours while holding undergraduate concurrent admission status. A maximum academic load of 15 hours during a regular fall or spring semester and of nine hours during the summer session is permissible when the student is concurrently enrolled in graduate and undergraduate level course work.
Application for undergraduate concurrent admission should be initiated by the student by completing an application to the Graduate School at least 30 days prior to requesting enrollment in any graduate classes. Students are advised to take the GMAT during their junior year. Students must meet all the MBA admission requirements, with the exception of completion of the baccalaureate degree, prior to admission into the Accelerated BBA/MBA Program.
